Donations can be made to the DFW Chapter of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition using the form below or online as noted below.
Donations can be earmarked for specific NOCC Education and Awareness Programs and can be made in honor of someone or in memory of someone. Acknowledgements will be sent to you for tax purposes. If a
donation is made in memory of someone and you want an acknowledgement made to the family, we will be happy to do that as well.
Your donations go toward our many programs designed to increase awareness of and education about ovarian cancer. We are
a chapter of the national NOCC organization so a portion of the donations goes to the national office to support
their nationwide programs for education and awareness. However, the majority of the funds remain here in the DFW area
for programs within our community. Last year we were proud to have donations which allowed us to not only meet the needs of our education and awareness
programs but also a surplus at the end of the year to donate toward ovarian cancer research in north Texas. Each year we have expanded our programs
to reach further into our community and we are grateful for the support of all those who donate.
ONLINE DONATIONS:
This year we are proud to offer opportunities for donations online.
You can make donations online in one of three methods:
- You can make a general donation online by going to our online website at Kintera. The site is
www.kintera.org/faf/home/default.asp?ievent=284354.
On this page you can just click on the teal General Donation button to make a donation, or use the links in
the navigation bar on the left side.
- You can make a donation to an individual or team that has already set up their own website with Kintera by
locating their website. Click on the link "Sponsor a Participant"
from the left-hand side to search for the
individual or team you want to donate to and you will be directed to their site.
- You can create your own website to collect donations for the NOCC. You can send links to your site to your
friends and family. To do this, click on the "Get My Fundraising Page" link
in the left hand navigation bar and start setting up your site.
PRINTABLE DONATION FORMS:
Our Donation Form is available in either Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format or as a Word document. Click on whichever
version you would prefer and then print the document after it opens in its window. The document can then be completed and
mailed to the address on the form.
On the form you will have the opportunity to select which of the NOCC Education and Awareness Programs you would like your funds directed toward, and indicate
if the donation is made in honor of someone or in memory of someone. Acknowledgements will be sent to you for tax purposes. If a
donation is made in memory of someone and you want an acknowledgement made to the family, we will be happy to do that as well.
